Home > Development Campaign It is very important to have a strong co-op education program at K-State with outstanding faculty and well-trained students, interested in co-ops. Why should you donate? The challenge has never been greater to improve the performance of cooperative businesses. Improving cooperative education is a key strategy in meeting this challenge. Many of you have attended educational programs in the past offered by the ACCC and the KCC. From the Director Development Program to the Symposium to Case Studies to Equity Management projects, the cooperative community benefits from the resources at K-State. Cooperative Scholarships are the number one priority of our campaign. We want to educate, recruit and retain students who hopefully become outstanding co-op employees and leaders. We've awarded $26,000 to 13 students for the 2007-2008 academic year. Click here to view a list of the current award winners and the 38 co-ops to which they're affiliated. Since 1985, the ACCC has awarded a total of $221,300 to 167 students. For more information on our scholarship program, click on scholarships on the left menu. Cooperative Education: It is very important to have a strong co-op education program at Kansas State University with outstanding faculty and well-trained students who are interested in co-ops. Some of you have hired outstanding students who have been trained about co-ops. We want to continue the success by not only awarding scholarships to outstanding students but also by creating distinguished faculty positions as a way to attract and keep top co-op educators here at Kansas State University. The co-op community which includes individuals and organizations has been very supportive in the past through the present and we hope you recognize the value of continuing that support for the ACCC into the future. We're proud to share the lists of those agribusinesses and individuals who are committed to our purpose. Donor Honor Rolls Individuals Organizations How can you give?
